Driver App Instructions

Use the web version
Open https://commercelinkdocs.com/driversportal on your phone, tablet or computer. No installation is needed.
Sign in to driver information
- Enter your current ISAAC login username.
- Enter PASSWORD! as your CommerceLink Driver App password. Use all capital letters and an exclamation mark at the end.
- Select Sign in to access company notices, documents, Fleet Sheet, My Inbox and Driver Chat where enabled.
If the login doesn't work, please send me your ISAAC login.
Send your username only to Jody Stewart at jody_stewart@commercelinklogistics.com.
Your driver login stays saved on this device until you select Logout or administration removes access. On a shared device, select Logout when finished.
Submit a service request — no sign-in required
Use Service Requests — no sign-in required on the sign-in page, or open this direct link:
https://commercelinkdocs.com/service-request
Enter your name, unit number, mileage and all required request details, then submit the form. An internet connection is required to send it.
Optional: install on your phone
Android: open the web version in Chrome, then select Install Driver App when offered, or use the browser menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
iPhone: open the web version in Safari, then Share → Add to Home Screen.
For driver alerts, sign in and select Enable notifications. On iPhone, use the installed Home Screen app to enable notifications.
