Purpose: To evaluate driver safety behavior and vehicle fitness and as necessary reinforce company expectations regarding the continuous use of safe and compliant work practices while operating a commercial motor vehicle and performing associated duties. The driver is to sign an acknowledgement of the MSO/JSO interaction. Any major breach of safety and/or compliance policies & procedures may be cause for additional follow-up.
